1. For general room reservations through this website, the person making the reservation must agree to pay the total amount of the reservation in order to keep the room and the price.

2. After you have made your credit card payment on this website, we will immediately deduct the amount from the credit card account that you provided.

3. In order to ensure the security of your credit card transactions, this website regulates that the online reservation should match the information of the person checking in for the accommodation who must provide the same identity document.

4. After your room reservation was confirmed online, if you need to change your hotel stay, please cancel the reservation directly online and make another reservation. This website does not accept manual or online change of reservation dates.

6. Online prices include tax and service charges. Breakfast is provided with vouchers according to the room type, not the number of guests.

7. Our check-in time is 3:00 pm on the day of the stay, check-out time is 11:00 pm the next day.

8. If there is force majeure at the location of the hotel on the registered accommodation date, such as traffic interruptions due to earthquake, or the Central Weather Bureau has issued a land typhoon warning, please contact the reservation center within 3 days (inclusive) from the check-in date.

9. Notes on room cancellations:

9-1. Rules on the cancellation of prepaid room deposits:

★If the guest cancels the reservation on the day of hotel stay, deduct 100% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room.

★If the guest cancels the reservation within 1 day of the day of hotel stay, deduct 80% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room.

★If the guest cancels the reservation within 2-3 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 70% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room.

★If the guest cancels the reservation within 4-6 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 60% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room.

★If the guest cancels the reservation within 7-9 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 50% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room.

★If the guest cancels the reservation within 10-13 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 30% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room.

★If the guest cancels the reservation 14 days or more before the day of hotel stay, deduct 0% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room.

★If the guest cancels the reservation within 1-2 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 50% of the amount of the prepaid full room rate for the room.

★If the guest cancels the reservation within 3 days of  the day of hotel stay, deduct 0% of the amount of the prepaid full room rate for the room

10. Smoking is completely prohibited in all buildings, and the smoking area is located at the entrance and exit on the first floor of each building. Please note that smoking in non-smoking areas such as guest floors and escape stairs will be subject to special cleaning fees and other penalties.
