Rules on the cancellation of prepaid room deposits: ★If the guest cancels the reservation on the day of hotel stay, deduct 100% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. ★If the guest cancels the reservation within 1 day of the day of hotel stay, deduct 80% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. ★If the guest cancels the reservation within 2-3 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 70% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. ★If the guest cancels the reservation within 4-6 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 60% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. ★If the guest cancels the reservation within 7-9 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 50% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. ★If the guest cancels the reservation within 10-13 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 30% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. ★If the guest cancels the reservation 14 days or more before the day of hotel stay, deduct 0% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. |

10. Smoking is completely prohibited in all buildings, and the smoking area is located at the entrance and exit on the first floor of each building. Please note that smoking in non-smoking areas such as guest floors and escape stairs will be subject to special cleaning fees and other penalties. |
